Sanitary napkin incinerators for schools, offices and hospitals
Techlance MAS is a patented, wall-mounted sanitary napkin incinerator. It destroys used pads inside the washroom with high-temperature combustion and multi-stage gas treatment, leaving only a small amount of ash.
How it works
Drop in. Burn safely. Empty the ash.
- 1Front-loading chuteUsed napkins go in through a trap door. Nothing to touch or carry out.
- 2High-temperature combustionA ceramic band heater burns napkins in a stainless steel primary chamber, controlled by a thermocouple and auto temperature controller.
- 3Gas treatmentExhaust passes through multi-stage filtration before it is vented outside, reducing smoke and particulates.
- 4Removable ash trayA small amount of ash is emptied during routine cleaning.

FAQ
Sanitary napkin incinerator questions
What is a sanitary napkin incinerator?
It is a compact electric machine that burns used sanitary napkins inside a closed chamber, so they do not have to be wrapped, carried or sorted by hand. Techlance MAS units are wall-mounted and fit in a standard washroom.
How many napkins can a Techlance incinerator handle per day?
INCI-Nano handles about 100 napkins a day, INCI-Mini about 150 and INCI-Ultra Slim about 200. Larger sites use several units, one per busy washroom.
How much does a sanitary napkin incinerator cost?
Price depends on the model, quantity, installation and maintenance plan. Tell us how many washrooms and users you have and we will send a written quote within two working days.
Does it need a chimney or vent?
Yes. Each unit connects to a short flexible steel exhaust pipe that vents treated smoke outside the building. We advise on placement during installation.
Can it be bought with CSR funds?
Menstrual hygiene and sanitation projects commonly qualify as health care and sanitation activities under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013. Confirm with your CSR team; we provide installation records and impact reports.
What maintenance does it need?
Empty the ash tray during routine cleaning and keep the exhaust clear. An annual service check of the heater, sensors and filters keeps the machine running safely.
